Who is responsible?

Fit with Yuri is responsible for handling your coaching and waitlist enquiries. info@fitwithyuri.nl

What we collect

For a coaching or waitlist enquiry, we ask for your name, phone or WhatsApp number, training goal, training frequency and permission to contact you. Email and the other fields marked optional are optional. We also store the submission time, enquiry reference, language, campaign information and delivery status. Please do not include medical information in these forms. If you use a Meta instant form, we receive the details you submit there.

Why we use your details

We use your details to respond to your request and arrange an intake at your request, before any coaching agreement. For waitlist contact and advertising measurement we use your consent. We use limited technical information to protect the website against misuse, based on our legitimate interest in a secure website. A waitlist enquiry is not a booking. We do not add you to a marketing mailing list. You can withdraw your consent by contacting us; this does not affect processing that took place before withdrawal.

Enquiries through Facebook and Instagram

We also receive enquiries through Meta instant forms on Facebook and Instagram. If you have given permission, we will call or message you on WhatsApp only about the promotion and a free movement analysis. We store these enquiry details in Google Sheets. The personal data of participants in this promotion who do not become clients will be deleted no later than 31 December 2026.

Who receives your details?

The website runs on Sites using Cloudflare infrastructure. Website enquiries are stored in Cloudflare D1. Resend receives your form details to send a notification to Fit with Yuri’s Gmail inbox; FormSubmit is used as a fallback. Google processes that email. Meta receives advertising events with advertising-cookie consent, or a server-side application event when you separately opt in on the form; Meta also processes details you enter in its own instant forms. These services may process data outside the European Economic Area. Their privacy and data-processing information is linked below. Contact us for information about the arrangements that apply to your enquiry.

Campaign information and browser storage

We include five campaign fields with your enquiry: utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content and utm_term (advertising placement). Session storage keeps these values during your visit and holds a temporary enquiry reference for the thank-you page. Session storage also keeps an incoming fbclid click reference and its landing time; it is shared with Meta only with the permission described below. Browser storage remembers your language and cookie choice. A necessary, secure receipt cookie is valid for 24 hours after a saved enquiry. It does not grant permission for advertising. For abuse prevention, the server stores a hash derived from the IP address and date rather than the original IP address in the enquiry record.

Advertising measurement

The browser Pixel loads only after advertising-cookie consent. The server sends an application event when you accept advertising cookies OR tick the separate, optional Meta-sharing checkbox on either form. The checkbox does not enable the Pixel or marketing cookies. Without either permission, no Lead is sent to Meta. For both coaching forms, browser and server use the same enquiry reference as event ID to prevent double counting. With permission, the server shares the event time, page address, IP address, browser information, available Meta identifiers, and SHA-256 hashes of your email (if provided), international phone number and enquiry reference. Hashing is not encryption or anonymisation: Meta can use these pseudonymous identifiers to match the event to an account. We do not send your name, training goals or other answers to Meta. Advertising permission is optional and separate from permission to contact you. Server delivery payloads are cleared after successful delivery; unsuccessful deliveries can be retried for up to 24 hours and are cleared by daily maintenance after that period.

Your cookie choices

You can use the website and submit an enquiry without advertising cookies. Use Cookie settings to accept, reject or withdraw advertising consent. Your choice is valid for 180 days. This stops future browser events and server retries that rely only on cookie consent. To withdraw the separate form permission, contact info@fitwithyuri.nl with your enquiry reference; it does not automatically erase events already received by Meta.

WhatsApp

A WhatsApp link opens WhatsApp with a suggested message. The application-form link may include the ad reference from utm_content. You can edit the message before sending it. WhatsApp processes your use of its service under its own privacy policy. Fit with Yuri receives the message and contact details you share when you send it.

Your rights

Contact info@fitwithyuri.nl to request access, correction or deletion, to withdraw consent, or to request restriction, portability or object to processing where applicable. We may ask for proportionate verification of your identity. We normally respond within one month. You can complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens). The website does not automatically decide whether you can join a coaching programme.

Retention

Enquiries through Meta instant forms for the promotion follow the deletion deadline stated above. The retention period for other coaching and waitlist enquiries is 365 days from receipt. Website database enquiries and their delivery records are deleted in daily maintenance after that period. Email copies and messages are managed separately; contact us to request earlier deletion. Information needed for a subsequent coaching agreement or a legal obligation is managed for that separate purpose.

We count successful challenge-page requests from Meta ads as daily totals by language, campaign, ad and placement for up to 13 months, without cookies, visitor identifiers or stored IP addresses.
